Mark Ernestus

Mark Ernestus' Ndagga Rhythm Force are a Berlin-based ensemble formed in the late 1990s that fuse dub, reggae and Afrobeat influences. They combine analogue dub production techniques with live percussion and African vocal traditions, evolving from electronic dub roots into a hybrid, rhythm-focused project that emphasises polyrhythms and extended, groove-led arrangements.
