Herman Krebbers

Herman Krebbers was a Dutch classical violinist born in Amsterdam in 1923 who began his professional career in the 1940s and worked primarily in the orchestral and solo classical tradition. His career combined orchestral leadership, solo performance and teaching, including a long tenure as concertmaster of the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra and contributions to Dutch musical life through recordings, broadcasts and pedagogy.
