The Treacherous Three
The Treacherous Three are an American hip hop group formed in Harlem, New York City, in 1978 during the formative years of the genre. Their approach combined rapid-fire delivery, complex rhyme schemes and extended live routines that reflected hip hop's transition from party-oriented performance to recorded music, and they adapted to changing production styles through the early 1980s.
