Elizabeth Fraser (born 29 August 1963) is a Scottish singer and songwriter, best known as the lead vocalist of the Cocteau Twins; her work is associated with the ethereal wave and dream pop genres and often features non-lexical vocalising and atmospheric textures. She has also contributed guest vocals to projects by This Mortal Coil and Massive Attack and has undertaken collaborations outside the Cocteau Twins.
