The Chorus and Orchestra of the Ekaterinburg State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre are the resident vocal and instrumental ensembles of the state opera and ballet company in Ekaterinburg, Russia, formed to provide musical accompaniment for its stage productions and to perform within the theatrical season. Rooted in operatic and symphonic traditions, they perform a repertoire spanning Russian operas and ballets as well as Western classical works and contribute to the region's cultural life through staged productions, concert performances and tours.
