Symphony No. 2 in C minor is a symphony by Anton Bruckner, composed in 1872. It is a late-Romantic orchestral work with expansive structures, prominent brass writing, dense harmonic layering and extended developmental passages, and it occupies an early position in Bruckner's symphonic output as he developed the formal and harmonic language he used in later symphonies.
