Klavierstücke I–XI is a cycle of piano pieces by Karlheinz Stockhausen, composed between 1952 and 1964. The works document Stockhausen's development from strict serial technique towards more experimental procedures, employing pointillistic textures, complex rhythmic organisation and early explorations of open form and notated indeterminacy that shaped post‑war avant‑garde piano repertoire.
