Mein Vaterland (Má vlast) is a cycle of six symphonic poems by Czech composer Bedřich Smetana, composed between 1874 and 1879. The cycle employs richly scored orchestral writing and nationalistic, programme-driven themes drawn from Czech folk motifs and historical legends, and it occupies a prominent place in Smetana's mature output as an articulation of Czech national identity.
