Louvação is a studio album by Brazilian singer-songwriter Gilberto Gil, released in 1967. It has acoustic arrangements rooted in samba and bossa nova with elements of early MPB, and was recorded early in Gil's career as he began to move towards the musical approaches that influenced the Tropicália movement.
