Being There is the second studio album by American alternative rock band Wilco, released in 1996. It blends alternative rock and alt-country with elements of country rock, folk and lo-fi, using both acoustic and electric arrangements and representing a transitional point that broadened the band's sonic palette after their debut and helped set the stage for their later experimentation.
