The Psychedelic Warlords (Disappear in Smoke)

This single was released by English space-rock band Hawkwind in 1974. Musically it exemplifies the band's space-rock approach of the period, featuring driving, repetitive rhythms, prominent synthesiser textures and distorted guitar effects, and it occupies a transitional place in Hawkwind's mid-1970s output as they moved toward more concise, riff-oriented arrangements.
