Slawische Tänze
Album by Antonín Dvořák
Slawische Tänze is a set of orchestral dances by Czech composer Antonín Dvořák, first published in 1878. Drawing on Bohemian and Moravian folk rhythms and dance forms, they employ lively dance structures and rich orchestral colour and mark an important stage in Dvořák's development of a national musical voice in the late 19th century.
