Má vlast (My Country) is a cycle of six symphonic poems by Czech composer Bedřich Smetana, completed in 1879. The work blends late-Romantic orchestral writing with nationalistic, folk-inspired melodies and programme-like tone-poem structures to evoke Bohemian landscapes and legends, and it occupies a central place in Smetana's later output and in the emergence of Czech national music.
