Souvlaki is the second studio album by English rock band Slowdive, released in 1993. It is rooted in shoegaze and dream pop, with layered guitars, sustained tones, prominent reverb on the vocals and a generally hushed tempo; it followed their debut and the band took a more ambient and textured approach in their early career.
