Album by Antonín Dvořák & New York Philharmonic & Kurt Masur

This release is a compilation recording of orchestral works by Czech composer Antonín Dvořák, comprising pieces composed in 1893 and in 1878–1886. The music exemplifies late Romantic orchestral writing, combining expansive symphonic architecture, folk‑inspired melodies and dance rhythms, and occupies a prominent place in Dvořák's output as a synthesis of Bohemian nationalist elements with international symphonic forms.
