Membra Jesu Nostri is a cycle of seven sacred cantatas by Dieterich Buxtehude, composed around 1680. The work exemplifies North German Baroque sacred music through its use of solo vocal writing with a small instrumental ensemble, expressive counterpoint and rhetorical text-setting, and it represents a mature example of Buxtehude's liturgical cantata output within the Baroque repertoire.
