Barrett is the second solo studio album by English singer-songwriter Syd Barrett, released in 1970. Musically it blends psychedelic and folk-inflected rock with fragmented, whimsical lyrics, loose song structures and sparse, experimental arrangements, and it marks the close of his brief solo-recording career following his departure from his former band.
