Flute Quartets is a set of chamber works by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, composed in the late 1770s. These Classical-era pieces for flute and string trio are characterised by elegant melodic writing, transparent textures and balanced forms, reflecting Mozart's facility for occasional salon and chamber music during his early mature period and helping to expand the repertoire for the instrument.
