Don Byron Plays the Music of Mickey Katz is an album by American clarinetist and composer Don Byron, released in 1993. The album reworks mid-20th-century Jewish comic material into klezmer-inflected jazz and swing arrangements with the clarinet at the centre backed by brass and rhythm sections, and it continued Byron's exploration of American vernacular music early in his recorded output.
