Turandot is an opera by Italian composer Giacomo Puccini, first performed in 1926. Musically it is a late Romantic Italian opera with rich orchestration, expansive choruses and oriental influenced melodies, and it was Puccini's final work, left unfinished at his death and completed posthumously.
