Sinfonie Nr. 8 c-moll

Symphony No. 8 in C minor is the eighth symphony by Austrian composer Anton Bruckner, completed in 1887 with a major revision in 1890. A vast late-Romantic work characterised by monumental orchestration, dense contrapuntal textures and expansive thematic development, it occupies a pivotal position in Bruckner's symphonic output and in the broader nineteenth-century symphonic tradition.
