From Here to Eternity

The single by Italian producer Giorgio Moroder was released in 1977. It features electronic disco instrumentation—prominent synthesiser arpeggios, pulsing sequenced basslines and mechanised rhythms—and signalled a shift in Moroder's output toward synthesiser-driven dance music that influenced late 1970s electronic and dance production techniques.
