Big Bop Nouveau is a studio album by Canadian jazz trumpeter Maynard Ferguson, released in 1993. It mixes big band jazz with modern jazz arrangements, with high-register trumpet lead lines over funk-inflected rhythms, and it came after decades in which Ferguson led large ensembles and adapted his sound for the 1990s.
