Album by Gabriel Fauré & Emanuel Ax & Isaac Stern & Jaime Laredo & Yo‐Yo Ma
Piano Quartets, Opp. 15 & 45 is a set of two piano quartets by French composer Gabriel Fauré, composed in 1876 and 1885. They blend Romantic chamber textures with Fauré's characteristic harmonic refinement and lyrical piano writing, representing early and mature stages in his chamber-music output and contributing to the development of French chamber repertoire in the late 19th century.
