"Forbidden Colours" is a collaborative single released in 1983 by Japanese composer Ryuichi Sakamoto and English singer David Sylvian. The instrumental track, composed by Sakamoto, features vocals and lyrics by Sylvian and was used as the main theme for the film "Merry Christmas, Mr. Lawrence".
