May You Be Held is the third studio album by American post-metal band Sumac, released in 2018. Musically, the album builds on the band's heavy post-metal approach and pairs dense guitar work with restrained electronic textures, and it followed two earlier studio albums as the group moved toward more concentrated song structures and a greater emphasis on atmosphere and weight.
