Blue Night is a studio album by Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers, released in 1985. Musically it is rooted in hard bop, with driving drums, punchy horn lines and blues-based improvisation, and it is part of Blakey's late-career output when he continued to lead younger musicians in the Jazz Messengers.
