High Energy

Album by Freddie Hubbard

High Energy is a studio album by American trumpeter Freddie Hubbard, released in 1974. Musically, the album is rooted in jazz-fusion and jazz-funk with electric keyboards, amplified horns and groove-based rhythms, and it shows Hubbard move away from his 1960s hard bop sound into a more electric, studio-oriented phase of his career.
