Années de pèlerinage, Troisième année is the third volume of Franz Liszt's Années de pèlerinage, a collection of solo piano works published in 1883. The music is late-Romantic, highly pianistic and often large-scale, combining virtuosic demands with introspective, programme-driven and symphonic textures that reflect Liszt's late harmonic experimentation and a shift from his earlier virtuoso showpieces to a more reflective, exploratory phase in his output.
