Cygnus X‐1

Cygnus X-1 is a two-part progressive rock composition by Canadian band Rush, released in 1977 and 1978. The piece features extended instrumental passages, complex time signatures and science-fiction themes, and it represents the band's move towards longer, more conceptual works in their late 1970s output.
