Water Music / Concerto Grosso op. 6/4 is an album of orchestral works by George Frideric Handel, drawn from compositions dated 1717 and 1739. Both works use Baroque orchestral forces with dance movements, brass fanfares, solo concertante episodes and contrapuntal textures, and they come from periods when Handel wrote music for courtly ceremony and public entertainment.
