Poemas sinfónicos
Album by Franz Liszt & Nemzeti Filharmonikus Zenekar & Zsolt Hamar
Poemas sinfónicos is a set of symphonic poems by Hungarian composer Franz Liszt, composed between 1848 and 1882. These orchestral works exemplify Romantic programme music with thematic transformation, expanded chromatic harmony and colourful orchestration, and they mark Liszt's development of the symphonic poem as a genre that influenced later orchestral composers.
