N°4 : La Valse à mille temps is the fourth studio album by Belgian singer-songwriter Jacques Brel, released in 1959. The album is rooted in chanson with theatrical vocal delivery and orchestral arrangements that use brass and strings, and it came after his early releases as he refined a more dramatic, narrative songwriting approach.
