La Forêt is the fourth studio album by American experimental band Xiu Xiu, released in 2005. The album has sparse, often harsh electronics, prominent string arrangements and tense vocal delivery; it followed the band's earlier rock-influenced records and has a darker, more orchestral and experimental sound in their career.
