Tap Step is a studio album by American jazz pianist Chick Corea, released in 1980. The album is rooted in jazz fusion and electric jazz and foregrounds synthesiser textures and percussive piano within a rhythmic, electric framework, and it continues the electric direction Corea took after his late 1970s work.
