Album by Ralph Towner

Anthem is an album by American guitarist Ralph Towner, released in 2001. Musically it is rooted in acoustic jazz and contemporary classical forms, centred on Towner's nylon-string guitar with sparse, chamber-like arrangements that include piano and muted brass for added colour, and it comes after decades in which he moved between solo work and ensemble projects.
