Born Free
Album by John Barry & Royal Scottish National Orchestra & Frederic Talgorn
Born Free is a soundtrack album by English composer John Barry, released in 1966. The score features lush orchestral arrangements, prominent strings and brass and lyrical thematic writing rooted in mid-1960s film music, and it represents an important stage in Barry's career as he refined the melodic, cinematic style that characterised much of his subsequent film work.
