Iberia

Iberia is a suite for solo piano by Spanish composer Isaac Albéniz, composed between 1905 and 1909. The work blends Spanish folk rhythms and modal motifs with rich, impressionistic harmonies, vivid pianistic colour and technically demanding writing, and as one of Albéniz's late works it helped define the Spanish nationalist piano repertoire.
