Mass in B minor

The Mass in B minor is a musical mass by Johann Sebastian Bach, completed in 1749. It is a large-scale Baroque choral and orchestral setting of the Latin Mass that uses complex counterpoint alongside fugal and solo passages, and it was compiled near the end of Bach's life as a summation of his sacred choral practice.
