Songs of Travel is a song cycle by English composer Ralph Vaughan Williams, completed and first published in 1904. The cycle sets a sequence of poems for baritone and piano (later often performed with orchestral accompaniment) and is characterised by pastoral harmonies, modal inflections and lyrical vocal lines, marking a stage in Vaughan Williams's early mature output and engagement with the English song tradition.
