Walk Away Renée / Pretty Ballerina is the debut studio album by American baroque pop band The Left Banke, released in 1967. The album has ornate string arrangements, harpsichord textures and close vocal harmonies that place classical instrumentation alongside pop songwriting, and it is the group's first full-length release which helped introduce baroque pop elements into 1960s American pop.
