Symphony No. 0
Album by Anton Bruckner & Radio‐Sinfonieorchester Stuttgart des SWR & Sir Neville Marriner
Symphony No. 0 in D minor is an orchestral symphony by Austrian composer Anton Bruckner, composed in 1869. Musically it follows the late-Romantic symphonic idiom with expansive structures, dense counterpoint and prominent brass sonorities, and it occupies an ambiguous place in Bruckner's output because he omitted it from his numbered symphonies, placing it between his earlier and later symphonic phases.
