Lyric Pieces is a collection of short piano pieces by Norwegian composer Edvard Grieg, published in eight volumes between 1867 and 1901. The works encompass lyrical miniatures characterised by Romantic harmonic language and elements of Norwegian folk melody, charting Grieg's development as a composer and his role in the national Romantic movement of the late 19th century.
