Klavierkonzerte KV 414 und KV 453
Album by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart & Alfred Brendel & Academy of St Martin in the Fields & Sir Neville Marriner
Klavierkonzerte KV 414 und KV 453 is a recording of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's piano concertos, composed in 1782 and 1784 respectively. These concertos exemplify Mozart's Classical piano concerto style, with transparent orchestral textures, lyrical piano writing and close interplay between soloist and ensemble, and they occupy a place in his mature Viennese concerto output of the early 1780s as he deepened the structural and expressive role of the solo piano.
