Butchered at Birth is the second studio album by American death metal band Cannibal Corpse, released in 1991. The album is a raw and brutal example of early death metal with guttural vocals, heavily distorted guitars and rapid blast-beat drumming, and it further established the band's early sound within the growing death metal scene.
