Lust for Life / The Idiot
Album by Iggy Pop
The Idiot and Lust for Life are the debut and second solo studio albums by American singer Iggy Pop, both released in 1977. Musically they move away from raw garage rock toward darker, synthesiser-anchored and rhythm-driven rock with stark, atmospheric arrangements and introspective lyrics, marking a creative reinvention early in Pop's solo career that helped shape post-punk and alternative music.

First released: 2011
