Album by Nikolai Andreyevich Rimsky‐Korsakov & Philharmonia Orchestra & Enrique Bátiz

Sheherazade, Op. 35 / The Tale of Tsar Saltan, Op. 57 is an album of orchestral works by Russian composer Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov, composed in 1888 and 1900 respectively. The works display Rimsky-Korsakov's richly coloured orchestration, vivid orchestral storytelling and incorporation of Russian nationalist themes, and they represent important examples of his mature style within late Romantic orchestral writing.
