In My Element is an album by American pianist Robert Glasper, released in 2007. The record is rooted in modern jazz, mixing acoustic piano trio textures with R&B and hip hop rhythms and occasional electronic touches, and it is an early release that predates Glasper's later move toward more R&B-centred projects.
