Hard Road to Travel is an album by Jamaican singer Jimmy Cliff, released in 1967. Musically, it draws on early reggae and ska rhythms with strong basslines, offbeat guitar upstrokes and soulful vocals, and it comes early in Cliff's recording career as he moved from singles toward album releases that exposed Jamaican popular styles to listeners outside the island.
