Poetry & Aeroplanes is the debut studio album by Faroese singer-songwriter Teitur, released in 2003. The album combines acoustic singer-songwriter pop with chamber-pop and folk-tinged arrangements, featuring piano-led melodies, string textures and restrained rhythmic backing, and as Teitur's first major release it established his melodic and lyrical voice and introduced him to an international audience.
